How the French government could pay for your training or driving licence

On Thursday, the French government launched a new app in an attempt to boost the number of people who take up the offer of training - currently only three percent of French employees do. Every person working in France their own compte personnel de formation (CPF), with access to money earmarked professional training. The system was created in 2015, and anyone with a French social security number can access it. However, only 3 percent of French workers have made use of it.
