Inspired by ridesharing firms like Uber, EM3 wants to "Uberise" farm services. The startup offers farm equipment services on a pay-per-use basis. Smaller farmers, too, find EM3 services useful. The tractor and farm equipment service market is estimated by analysts to be worth Rs 15,000 crore annually. Bal Kishan Meena, 54, needed little coaxing when he got an opportunity to try out what EM3 Agri Services had on offer.
