These teachers work very hard in these schools and are responsible for the good grades. Some teachers on board are undergoing a serious mental, physical and economical torture by their employers, the misuse ranges from rude talks, overworking, and sexual abuse to underpayment. These are the same teachers who are paid peanuts in the name of salary, while their leaders are living a luxurious life. Despite the fact that some of these teachers are trained and qualified to teach, some seniors still use all sorts of weapons to underrate them. They turn to job very early in the morning before everyone else and leave very late at night, just to ensure that the students have been given good knowledge to enable them pass their examinations.
