Leaders need to act fast with the changing situations, and reflect-in-action. Leaders need to execute, in a mindful and sensitive way, the company’s vision for integrating technology into various parts of the work. Leaders need to show a calm problem-solving attitude when confronted by these issues and give workers the needed leeway and support as these issues are resolved. WFH imposes new challenges on workers and leaders will need to understand each individual’s problems separately and provide needed guidance. Leaders have to help employees receive correct and updated information.
