Tottenham have increased their interest in Polish forward Krystztof Piatek, as the north London side look to bolster their frontline ahead of the closure of the January transfer window. The 24-year-old has attracted interest from Premier League sides West Ham and Tottenham, despite only scoring four goals in this season’s Serie A so far. The forward played in Poland and Croatia, before making the move to Genoa in 2018. His impressive goalscoring record earned him a move to the San Siro, although he’s currently struggling to hold down a place in the starting eleven.
