The other averages rose in tandem with the Nasdaq without setting new highs and their risky levels loom this week. The Dow Jones Industrial Average and the S&P 500 are below their monthly risky levels of 26,388 and 2,823.1 , respectively, versus their Jan. 26 all-time highs of 26,616.71 and 2,872.87, respectively. My annual risky level is 1,664.90. My weekly value level is 24,894 with my monthly risky level at 26,388, below the all-time intraday high of 26,616.71 set on Jan. 26. My monthly risky level of 7,579 is just above the high.
