Disclosure: I do not own or plan to own stock in Apple, Home Depot, McDonald's or Wal-Mart. Is the Dow Jones Industrial Average topping out or has the benchmark simply stalled before another leg up? Dow components that have the potential to drive the average higher--Apple (AAPL), Home Depot (HD), McDonald’s (MCD) and Wal-Mart (WMT)--set post-election highs last week. My quarterly value level is 19,189, with my semiannual pivot at 20,893, which proved to be a magnet last week. My annual value level is 15,111.
