When I was hired they made a big deal about the fact that only the brightest and highest-potential people get jobs in this company. Yes, all of my colleagues have strong educational credentials, but not all of them are talented in my opinion. They do as little work as possible while claiming they are dying from overwork. The partner in charge of our office talks constantly about teamwork but he undermines teamwork every chance he gets.
