The first six weeks here were the best six weeks I've spent at any job. I had two meetings with the CEO in my first six weeks on the job. Starting in mid-September things started to get weird. Harry started changing my job description, not just slightly but making radical changes. Some of them were long-term employees and one of them was a founder, who is supposedly suing the company now.
