Disruption creates the need for new approaches — and I firmly believe that HR should take the lead. Today’s digital leaders need to not only be knowledgeable about digital, but also maintain a new digital mindset and embrace digital behaviors. In this future, HR needs to focus on the employee experience and eliminate rigid, top-down processes. To be able to lead in this way, HR needs to upskill its people’s capabilities. They need to hear what business leaders need, and then create solutions to fit that need.
