Dear Liz,I always stumble on the interview question "What's your ideal job?" I don't want to beg for the job by describing the exact kind of job I'm interviewing for. I don't usually know very much about the job opening when they ask me "What are you looking for, exactly?" It's such a cliche to say "The main thing I'm looking for is great people and a lot of challenges" but for me it's true. I don't want to describe my several unpleasant job experiences to the interviewer, but I truly care more about the culture than almost any other aspect of the job.
