Dear Liz,I always get stumped by the interview question "What's your dream job?" I have a dream job, actually. One day I want to be a costume designer. But right now, I'm working in marketing research. I don't want to get to an interview and say, "My dream job is to be a Broadway costume designer" and not get the job because they think that one day I'm going to leave to follow my dream.
