In Banff, a small town famous for being the epicenter of Canada's first national park, one small business is challenging a boulevard of brands and multinational corporations, namely Starbucks. In 2007, Susanne Gillies-Smith started Banff Tea Company in response to a personal loss. So she opened up Banff Tea House in the heart of Banff village.
