As Women's History Month winds down, I am inspired by the leadership styles of the four lead women characters from the popular movie Black Panther. The Dynamic Boxer: NakiaThe Dynamic Boxer is good at getting things done under any circumstance, and they want to not only get things done but also win. As a dynamic boxer, she makes sure that the women escape to safety successfully. The Steady Backer: RamondaThe Steady Backer is perhaps one of the most undervalued leadership styles at work today. The Steady Backer has a healthy respect for the fullness of time, which might make the other leadership styles (particularly Dynamic Boxers) really impatient.
