Ryan (R-Wis.) has postponed the House vote on the Republican health-care plan. Everything in the past seven years from the GOP has been for show because they did not control the White House. When Ryan drafted his Better Way proposals no one, including him, thought the GOP would win the presidency. Ryan never confronted what Republicans would have to do once they were actually responsible for it.
