Congratulations to The Oldie magazine, which publishes its 400th issue this week, bringing up its quadruple-century with a celebration of one of the great oldies, the late Prince Philip. He accepted an award from the journal in 2011 saying: “There’s nothing like it for the morale to be reminded that the years are passing and that bits are beginning to drop off the ancient frame.”SponsoredThe historian Lady Antonia Fraser recalls meeting Philip after she’d written The Six Wives of Henry VIII.
