Black Physicians of Canada unites Black doctors across the country and offers mentorship and supports. Ndubuka said he envisions a future time when the number of Black physicians is proportionate to the population. Over the years, community and non-profit groups have helped Black physicians with settling into new communities where they are often a minority, he added.
