Disposal of waste is not part of a doctor’s job description. I perform surgery from time to time and I do not think I have been asked at anytime to dispose of waste generated. Do you mean it is the duty of the nurses to clean up the theatre and dispose of waste? This last incident seems to suggest that there is a battle of supremacy between doctors and nurses at the hospital. It is not good for her mental health as a doctor who is supposed to see patients.
