How Nigerian man allegedly killed fellow citizen in South Africa, envoy narrates

The Consul General of Nigeria in South Africa, Godwin Adama, has condemned the killing of a Nigerian, Linus Chibuzor-Nwankwo from Enugu State, allegedly by a fellow Nigerian, Lawrence Nwarienne, who hails from Anambra. Both men were resident in South Africa. He alleged that 42-year-old Chibuzor-Nwankwo was shot by Nwarienne, another Nigerian operating a bar in South Africa, in the early hours of Friday in Kempton Park, Johannesburg, South Africa. The envoy alleged that Nwarienne shot the deceased right at his bar for reasons not very clear, adding that the suspect was, however, immediately arrested by the police who had commenced investigation into the case. The case is being monitored by Nigerian community in South Africa to ensure justice is done and to prevent future occurrence.
