Individuals are doing more to keep their personal information safe online, and companies are investing more heavily in IT and online security as an added precaution in this increasingly vulnerable age. Ultimately, these conditions have given millennials two key traits in regard to online security: awareness and apathy. It could have a variety of different effects:Greater trust in online security services. Millennials are far more likely to put their trust behind online companies that offer handling of sensitive information.
