In case you (somehow) haven’t heard, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be getting married at Windsor Castle later this month. The media frenzy isn’t anything new, of course, but the relationship between Harry and Meghan has generated a decidedly unique response. While reflecting on this dynamic, I realized that, unlike Prince William and Kate Middleton, there’s something a little more scrappy and relatable about Harry and Meghan. Thomas Jr. wrote a handwritten letter to Prince Harry calling the upcoming nuptials “the biggest mistake in royal wedding history.”Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, doesn’t it? As a biracial woman in a mixed-race relationship, it’s been personally gratifying to see Meghan and Harry succeeding!
