India today argued at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) at The Hague, Netherlands, to stay the the execution of Kulbhushan Jadhav. India cornered Pakistan on the denial of consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav, and called it a violation of the Vienna convention. THIS IS HOW HARISH SALVE ARGUED THE KULBHUSHAN JADHAV CASE AT THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE: Situation is grave and urgent and that is why we have demanded the intervention of the International Court of Justice (ICJ). It is not known whether Kulbhushan Jadhav will seek clemency given that there has been no access to Jadhav. India refutes all allegations against Kulbhushan Jadhav and demands provisional measures from the International Court of Justice to prevent damage to him.
