How IG Hilary Mutyambai will deploy senior officersCompetence and professionalism will guide the deployment of officers commanding police stations (OCSs) around the country, Inspector General Hilary Mutyambai (pictured) has said. Mr Mutyambai said officers commanding various police stations and their deputies would be picked from across the police service based on their performances. The police service has also harmonised the command and control structures of the various formations and specialised units. Mutyambai spoke during a meeting with regional and formation commanders at Jogoo House in Nairobi. Mutyambai reminded officers that they needed to remain apolitical and serve all Kenyans without fear or favour.
