I want to go to my exit interview with Shelly or whoever they tell me to talk to. I don't want her to suffer any repercussions because of what I might say at the exit interview. Should I tell Shelly in HR how our manager yells at us for no reason and forgets everything we tell him? If I really decided to tell Shelly the truth I would tell her some of the terrible stories from the past six months. Even if your sister didn't work in the company I would advise you against going to your exit interview with Shelly and spilling your guts.
