Ten years ago, entrepreneurs did not have access to a wide host of social media outlets, cheap text campaigns or online tools to really target specific markets. This changing environment offers both opportunity and risk: Entrepreneurs can’t plan to do the same routines they did a decade ago and expect to find the same level of success. They don't care as much about owning a home as they do having the ability to travel the world or work from home. In order to retain the best talent, entrepreneurs must remain flexible when doing things like establishing corporate structure or building communication channels. The world changes incredibly rapidly, and what may have been the case just six months ago may already be outdated.
