I think he's used to faking his way through meetings but you can't do that in this company. I have tried keeping my mouth shut when my boss "Tony" says something that's factually incorrect. Sometimes I think Tony forgets what he's been told and says the first thing that pops into his mind. He's just a BS artist and I don't think he's worked with a crowd like this one before. Sometimes there is literally no way to continue a group discussion until we clear up whatever Tony got wrong.
