We all have been stuck in traffic and have blamed one thing or the other for getting caught in the jam. Delhi Police on Sunday said that they have arrested one person for the alleged kidnapping of a 23-year-old man in West Delhi's Uttam Nagar area. The police immediately swung into action and started looking for the said car and spotted it near a red light in Uttam Nagar. The arrested accused, Ravi, is a resident of Uttam Nagar and has a prior criminal record. The victim revealed that he was kidnapped from Mohan Garden locality in Uttam Nagar when his brother was withdrawing cash from an ATM.
