Just say I love you. The sender was Sam the CEO, and the subject line was literally “I love you.” Of course, I opened it. To me, this shows that Capital One loves love, and in the storyline, you can tell they get what we all go through. Does your brand simply thank them when they unsubscribe or love them even when they leave you? And dear readers, it doesn't have to be Valentine's Day for me to say I love you.
