Early this morning, 10 minutes after the East Coast start of the morning news shows, Josh Brown of CNBC posted a tweet that the Golden State Warriors voted unanimously to skip the traditional championship appearance at the White House. NBA champion Warriors skipping the White House visit, as a unanimous team decision per reports. Searching the internet for Golden State Warriors and White House turned up posts in Atlanta Journal-Constitution, NBC Sports, the Independent, New York Daily News, and the Kansas City Star. They forced the White House to make the play. We have not received an invitation to the White House, but will make those decisions, when and if necessary."
