BigstockPolice arrested labour leader AlauddinA housewife was reportedly gang-raped by four men in Bhakurta Mugrakanda area of Savar, on the outskirt of the capital Dhaka on Friday. He said: "Police arrested labour leader Alauddin. The three others accused Wahid, Jewel, and Shohidul are on the run." "The arrested Alauddin is hailing from Moidam village of Bhurungamari upazila in Kurigram and was sent to jail flowing a court order on Saturday." When he asked for his wages, labour leader Alauddin and his two associates Wahid and Shahid beat him mercilessly, tying his legs and hands.
