House to discuss reservations, ownership rights

The Delhi Assembly is likely to pass a resolution in favour of the proposal. However, the official agenda of the session had not been put in the public domain as of Tuesday evening. He said that as per rule 33 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business of the Delhi Assembly, a 12-day notice is mandatory for starred and un-starred questions.
