House sales continue to grow in the Region of Murcia but slower than the national averagePurchases and sales in the Murcia Region rose by 16% in FebruaryThe rate of growth in the sale and purchase of homes in the Region of Murcia continues to rise indicating a steady improvement in the property market, although the recovery is below the national average. And whilst this is certainly a positve move in the right direction, it's below the national average growth of 24.1%. The Region of Murcia was amongst the autonomous communities where the growth was less marked. Again, the increase at national level was considerably more notable, up 13.9%, reaching 35,190.
