Share TweetBy Erma EderaA resolution has been filed in the House of Representatives to applaud the leadership of Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III. About 90 congressmen signed House Resolution 2479 commending Bello for his able leadership under the labor department and in overseeing pro-worker programs of the government. “Under Secretary Bello’s leadership, DOLE programs and projects are felt by the Filipino workers in the country and overseas,” read the resolution filed before the Congress went on recess last week. The House resolution also recognized Bello’s efforts in implementing Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD); Government Internship Program (GIP); DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program; Kasambahay Program; Adjustment Measures Program and DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP).
