Buyers in Whanganui are finding they need to act quickly as the city's house prices rise along with population growth. According to Real Estate Institute data, Manawatū-Whanganui's combined median price was up 20.9 per cent from 2018. Real Estate Institute spokesman Andy Stewart said the region's growth was not expected to slow in the next 12 months.
