Share TweetBy Charissa Luci-AtienzaThe House Committee on Foreign Affairs has adopted a resolution seeking to strengthen the bilateral ties between the Philippines and South Korea and to secure peace, stability, and prosperity in the Asia Pacific Region. The House panel, chaired by Zamboanga Sibugay Rep. Ann K. Hofer, approved House Resolution No. Hofer, who led the filing of House Resolution 386 last September 25, noted that the special bond between Manila and Seoul extends to the areas of security, economy, and most importantly, people-to-people exchanges. HR 386 also recognizes the importance of the 2019 ARCS to mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the ASEAN-ROK Dialogue Relations.
