KOTA KINABALU: A 24-year-old hotelier was charged on Monday (Feb 10) with sodomising his five-year-old stepdaughter in Beaufort and Kg Likas near here last year. He was accused of sodomising her once in Beaufort between April and May, and once in Kg Likas in December. For the Kg Likas case, he was brought before Sessions Court Judge Ummu Kalthom Abd Samad where he pleaded not guilty to the charge. For the Beaufort case, he was brought before Sessions Court Judge Azreena Aziz where he pleaded not guilty to sodomising his stepdaughter. Azreena fixed March 30 for his pre-trial case management.
