Constantinos S Gavriel will now lead the award-winning 5-star luxury hotel as its general manager. Gavriel previously worked for the Le Méridien Hotels and Resorts in 2003 and is familiar with the rich cultural heritage of the brand. Since leaving Saudi Arabia, Gavriel has worked in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, Russia, and Kazakhstan. Prior to joining Le Méridien Dhaka, Gavriel was General Manager of The Renaissance Aktau Hotel, Kazakhstan. Hotel Le Méridien Dhaka is located near Shahjalal International Airport and has 304 rooms, including 25 suites and the largest presidential suite in the country, according to the press release.
