It’s the time of year when homes come rushing back onto the market after taking the holidays off. Among those owners who have now returned to the fray is talk show host, comedian and producer Chelsea Handler, whose Bel-Air house is back up for sale at $10.95 million. A year ago it was priced at $11.5 million.
