Sony continues a strong winter exclusive showing tomorrow, hitting us with Horizon: Zero Dawn, Guerilla Games' bold entrant in the open world genre. The developer is best known for the Killzone series, but Horizon: Zero Dawn has more in common with Ubisoft games than first person shooters. Horizon: Zero Dawn looks like a paleolithic romp at the outset, with one major difference: the world is full of robots. Gameplay is much of what we expect from an open world game, with exploration, crafting and character progression at its heart. Horizon: Zero Dawn has also been hailed as a technological marvel, and Sony appears to be using it as an opportunity to make the case for the turbo-charged PS4 pro, which soups up PS4 games with 4K graphics.
