Honking the horn is a way of life for drivers in India, but drivers in Mumbai are taking it too far. If you have ever been to India, you will know that drivers there LOVE their horns. Driving in India is accompanied by a constant symphony of honks, toots, beeps and blares, all for different reasons. Supplied Mumbai police have attached decibel meters to traffic lights that will reset the timer if honking reaches 85 decibels. "Mumbai is one of the noisiest cities in the world and lot of this noise is at the traffic signals where Mumbaikars honk even when they see the signal is red.
