Stocks are higher in Hong Kong today following two days of gains, as welcome news about the passage of Joe Biden's stimulus was tempered by lingering inflation worries. The benchmark Hang Seng Index has risen by 154.40 points, or 0.53 percent 29,061.92. In mainland China, blue chips climbed. The CSI 300 Index is at 5,049.22, higher by 45.60, or 0.91 percent. The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index added 0.36 percent, or 12.17 points, at 3,369.00, while the Shenzhen Composite Index added 0.20 percent, or 4.35 points, at 2,169.70 at the open.
