HONG KONG—Hong Kong is cutting back heavily on travel via road, rail and ferry links between the city and mainland China in an effort to reduce the chances of the Wuhan coronavirus from spreading more widely. Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam said the new measures would significantly reduce the number of visitors from mainland China coming into to the semiautonomous city. But she stopped short of completely closing the border between Hong Kong and China, saying it isn’t warranted at the moment.
