Juan Sebastian from Arcadia in Florida, suffered serious brain injuries following the unprovoked savage attack as he slept rough in a park two weeks ago. The 69-year-old was rushed to hospital in a critical condition and during his final moments his loyal dog Cheeto was brought in to be by his side. Tammy Ramos provided Juan with food and cut his hair for the last 10 years while he slept rough on the streets. Juan was popular in his homeless community and was known for his shopping trolley filled with cans and little Cheeto. “Because the homeless community, the ones that I deal with, they’re mostly senior citizens and they’re vulnerable and it will happen again."
