Home sweet micro home: sleep-testing a pod for the homeless

This first iKozie is sited in the grounds of a shared house owned by the Homeless Foundation and managed by Spring housing association. This year it emerged that more than 6,000 approaches had been made to Worcester city council by people at risk of homelessness over the previous five years. He left home at 17 and spent a few weeks at the YMCA before moving into the Spring shared house on his 18th birthday. “I could see myself on that sofa with my laptop doing my studies.”He enjoys the camaraderie of the shared house.
