He said: "(OC Moazzem) will definitely be punished for his wrongdoings, no matter how big or small.”"No one who was involved in Nusrat's murder will be spared, no matter who he/she is,” he said. "Moazzem is on the run, and this is why it is taking us time to arrest him. Feni madrasa student Nusrat Jahan Rafi was called to Sonagazi police station by then-OC Moazzem after she had accused her principal Sirajuddoula of sexually harassing her. The OC unlawfully interrogated her and recorded the whole incident on a mobile phone.
