The minister said additional security measures will be taken for the president, prime minister and cabinet members in the National Mausoleum area. Special meals will be served in prisons, hospitals, orphanage and old homes on the occasion of the Victory Day. The minister urged all to refrain from decorating any organization or establishment with lights on Dec 14 to pay tribute to the martyred intellectuals.
