With this traffic program, we are aiming to make everyone aware of the traffic regulations. If all of us try to follow the traffic rules, the endless jams will be gone.”The inauguration ceremony took place at Gulistan Zero Point in Dhaka around 2:30pm. The DMP commissioner further said to effectively regulate Dhaka traffic, the DMP had identified 130 spots for bus stoppages, which would be upgraded by the city corporations. He further said some 57 checkpoints had been set up in the city streets to continue the activities of the traffic department to regulate traffic during the traffic discipline program.
