The five member committee led by Additional Secretary of Security Services Division Pradip Chakraborty visited the scene at Chawkbazar around 10:30am on Friday. “We have to take necessary steps and make plans to ensure an incident like this never happens again.”The Home Ministry formed a five-member high profile committee to investigate overall issues, identify the reasons behind the fire, and make recommendations. The committee has also been assigned to make recommendations on a work plan to avoid any massive fire accident in future.
