The accused, a Form One student, was arraigned before Homa Bay High Court Judge Joseph Karanjah. He denied the charge of murdering an 11-year-old girl following a disagreement that ensued when they were together with her sister and his brother. The girl’s mother accused the suspect and his brother of assaulting her daughters. Rachuonyo South Police Commander Esau Ochorokodi said the suspect was arrested as evidence directly linked him to the minor’s death.
