A man who was on Tuesday found guilty of killing his wife over Sh8,000 has been jailed for 12 years. Albert Odhiambo Odongo killed his wife Eunice Atieno Olal in Homa Bay. Prosecutor Valerie Ongeti told the court that Odongo committed the offence at Kotieno village in Kasipul Constituency on June 7, 2015. Ongeti told the court that Odongo lied to the police that his wife had been killed by unknown criminals. Four witnesses testified in the case.
